Blue Valley Farms meanders over 40 stunning acres. The property is secure, under constant surveillance, and gated.

The Farm encompasses five large fields equipped with shelters, six grass paddocks, and six all-weather paddocks, each with its own water source. There's a grass jumper ring-dry ditch and liver pool.

The Grand Prix Ring is complete with devil's dike, table top, double liver pools and large open water. The sand ring measures 300' by 100' feet. The heated indoor arena is 120' by 60' and has Narrs international footing.

The barn area heated and with rubberized patter flooring throughout, includes twenty five soft stalls each with its own water source, two groom stalls, and two wash racks. Exterior windows have been added to a majority of the stalls so your horse can see and smell the world outside and feel the breeze on its muzzle. There are large feed and laundry rooms.

Humans are also exceptionally well catered for at Blue Valley Farms. We have meeting rooms complete with kitchens and a relaxing viewing area with open fireplace, leather armchairs, and flat screen TVs.

A fully equipped gym contains treadmills, stationary bike, free weights, elliptical trainer, and more. Four bathrooms are equipped with showers and steam showers.
